“Pharmacy chain 36.6(brands “36.6” and “Gorzdrav”) closed the deal to purchase the pharmacy chain “Lekopttorg & Rodnik Zdorovya”. Vedomosti was informed about this by two sources close to its participants. The changes have not yet been reflected in the SPARK-Interfax system, but information about the closure of the transaction was confirmed by the General Director of 36.6, Alexander Kuzin.
According to him, the perimeter of the deal included 170 pharmacies and warehouses in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. The outlets will continue to operate under the same brands, Kuzin said. The chain is popular among consumers due to the low cost of products and a wide selection of products, explains DSM Group CEO Sergei Shulyak. Therefore, it is not surprising that after the merger with 36.6, its outlets will continue to operate under the same brands, which have already won the loyalty of local customers.
