1C acquired a stake in the Bidzaar tender site

1C acquired 28.05% of the authorized capital of Bidzaar, which develops a platform for tenders of the same name, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The press service of Bidzaar confirmed to Kommersant that 1C closed the deal, its amount was not disclosed. The purpose of the transaction in the company was to increase the efficiency of 1C:Enterprise, and the integration of Bidzaar into the 1C ecosystem is planned for the first quarter of 2023.
Bidzaar was founded in 2019 by Andrey Chernogorov, CEO of Cognitive Technologies. Alfa-bank, Tele2, Detsky Mir, etc. are listed on the Bidzaar website among the companies that make their purchases through its platform. Bidzaar’s purchase turnover for the first ten months of 2022 amounted to 117.1 billion rubles. against 10.2 billion rubles. for the same period in 2021, the company noted. Andrey Chernogorov continues to own 50.45% of Bidzaar LLC, another 21.5% belongs to Olga Zarubina. On the eve of the transaction, their shares in the authorized capital amounted to 70% and 30%, respectively. In June 2021, Mr. Chernogorov announced that Bidzaar had attracted $2 million in investments from Anton Buzdalin, co-founder of Eapteka; Cypriot Anestozo Limited, whose beneficiary is Mr. Buzdalin, withdrew from the capital of Bidzaar by May 2022.
