The majority of European companies surveyed by the Association of European Businesses (AEB) – 39% – intend to leave investments in Russia unchanged. 38% plan to reduce them, another 7% of respondents found it difficult to answer. 17% of surveyed European companies are ready to increase their investments in the Russian Federation this year, according to research AEB, which drew attention Forbes.

The most significant obstacles to the work of companies in the Russian market were the restrictions associated with sanctions and retaliatory countermeasures, follows from the AEB study. According to her, 70% of companies have been affected by Western sanctions this year, and 45% by retaliatory measures.
