Born in Yaroslavl on January 22, 1980. Received two higher educations at Yaroslavl State University. P. G. Demidov in the specialties “informatics and computer technology” and “economics”. He began his career at JSC Avtodizel (Yaroslavl Motor Plant) as a leading specialist in the sales department, then became deputy head of the marketing department. In 2005, together with partner Alexander Salnikov, he established the PSM engineering group and opened a site for the production of diesel generator sets in the Yaroslavl region. Now he is the general director and co-owner of PSM. Married, has a daughter. He loves football and enjoys running.
