Zakharova responded to Borrell’s words about the non-participation of the EU in the conflict in Ukraine

The military of the EU countries has long been sent to Ukraine, there are “big doubts” about the adequacy of the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said in her Telegram channel.

Zakharova thus responded to the words of Borrell, who declared newspaper El País about the lack of plans in the EU to send troops to the territory of Ukraine

“The EU member states have never considered and are not considering the possibility of sending their military to Ukraine to participate in the conflict.” I have big doubts about the adequacy of the gardener Borrell. According to her, the EU military was sent to Ukraine “in the form of instructors, special services and mercenaries,” and this began long before 2022.
