Young Tyumen residents with disabilities competed in athletics

Last weekend, the regional capital hosted the XIV Children’s and Youth Games of the disabled in the Tyumen region. For three days, 96 children from 21 municipalities showed their skills in darts, table tennis, badminton, bocce, chess, long jump, shot put, running at various distances and the oncoming relay.

As a result, the Tyumen team became the best in darts, taking eight prizes. In table tennis, the winners were chosen among the visually impaired, hearing impaired, and among the players with PAD, leaders were also determined in bocce in several classes, and in chess in different age categories.
