Yaroslavl will host the international hockey tournament



Yaroslavl will host games of the Russian national hockey team. This decision of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation was announced by the Executive Director of the FHR Dmitry Kurbatov. 4 "hockey" cities of Russia, Yaroslavl, Moscow, Omsk and Novosibirsk, will host an international tournament. 2 games will be played in each city.

The teams of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and China will take part in the tournament. The age of national team players is up to 25 years.

The time of the tournament is May 2023, after the completion of the Gagarin Cup.

According to the organizers, the tournament will be a good replacement for the Eurocup, which was previously attended by the teams of Russia, the Czech Republic, Sweden and Finland
