Yarenergo employees passed TRP standards

In the athletics arena in Yaroslavl, employees of Rosseti Center – Yarenergo took part in the implementation of the standards of the sports complex “Ready for Labor and Defense”.
The list of tests included pull-ups, push-ups, long jump from a place, inclinations on a gymnastic bench, shooting from an electronic weapon, a press exercise, for men – a 16 kg kettlebell snatch. Participants also ran sprints of 30 and 60 meters and overcame distances of 2 and 3 km.
More than 50 people aged 20 to 50 took part in the testing. Athletes who showed the best results were awarded diplomas and awards. After processing the data, all power engineers who have successfully completed the TRP standards will receive the appropriate badges and certificates: “gold”, “silver”, “bronze”.
“Yaroslavl power engineers regularly participate in sports competitions and demonstrate their speed, endurance and strength. Now they also showed good results. I wish everyone to achieve their goal and receive their insignia of the TRP complex, ”said the acting.
