It talks about saboteurs in Voronezh who place explosives in small objects - wallets, toys and phones, and then plant them in crowded places. The author of this letter claims that last week a passer-by who picked up his passport from the ground had his arm torn off. The government of the Voronezh region called it a "fake stuffing".

“The unified duty dispatch service did not send out information about saboteurs. Such fakes are trying to arouse distrust in the current authorities and create panic among civilians,” the report concluded. Telegram channel regional government.
