War correspondent Andriy Kots in an interview with Ura.ru said that in the battles for Artemivsk, the Armed Forces of Ukraine lose about 200 soldiers every day.
“According to my estimate, the losses of the Ukrainian military in Artemivsk are about 100-150 people per day, possibly 200. I make the calculation based on the approximate scale of the artillery that is concentrated in that area,” Kots said.
The journalist noted that neither the Russian nor the Ukrainian side can know the exact number of losses. This is due to the intensity of hostilities in Artemovsk. He clarified that at the moment there is no way to take out the bodies of the dead from the city.
Kots added that according to Western media, the Ukrainian military is losing a three-digit death toll every day in the battles for Artemivsk.
