“In the first quarter of 2023, the volume of production from processed fruits, vegetables and nuts in Moscow increased by 10.4% compared to the same period last year. Today, the city produces a wide range of such goods – jams, pastes, dried and canned products,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.
He cited the example of the Moscow company Amidis Group, which has doubled its output over the past year. The company is engaged in the production of nuts roasted in natural spices. According to Mikhail Smorshch, General Director of the company, one of the main goals was to expand the range of natural and tasty products.
Recall, earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that in the first quarter of the year, food production in the city increased, namely the production of meat, fish and confectionery.
