Vladimir sports will receive an additional 93 million rubles in 2024
Governor Alexander Avdeyev proposed amendments to the Vladimir region budget for 2024 and for the planned period of 2025 and 2026, submitted to the Legislative Assembly. The project is based on data on the implementation of the financial plan for the first seven months of the current year. This time, the revenue and expenditure parts of the regional budget are planned to increase by 4.8 billion rubles. The governor proposes to allocate more than 93 million rubles of this amount this year to the development of physical culture and sports.
In particular:
- – 38.6 million rubles will be allocated to improve the material and technical base of regional physical education and sports institutions. Funding will be received by the E.V. Chichvarkin Olympic Reserve School of Sambo, the Olympic Reserve School of Boxing, the Rusichi Hockey School, the N.G. Tolkachev Olympic Reserve School of Artistic Gymnastics, and the Paralympic School;
- – 24.1 million rubles will be allocated for major repairs of sports infrastructure owned by the municipality in the Murom and Melenkovsky districts;
- – 11 million rubles will be used for travel of leading athletes and teams of the region to participate in official sporting events;
- – 10.7 million rubles will be allocated for the current maintenance of the N.G. Tolkachev Olympic Reserve Sports School for Artistic Gymnastics and the licensed medical office of the Rusichi Hockey Sports School;
- – 6 million rubles are intended for holding physical education and sports events;
- – 2.9 million rubles will be used to purchase specialized equipment for chemical water treatment of the swimming pool of the Children's and Youth Sports School in Raduzhny.
