Vitaly Kravtsov is a graduate of the Chelyabinsk hockey school. He started his career in the “Polar Bears”, then played for the “Tractor”. In addition, the hockey player has experience playing in the NHL and for the Russian national teams (he has nine matches in the national team).

Kravtsov spent the 2022/23 season in the NHL, where he played with the New York Rangers and Vancouver Canucks. In 44 games, he scored four goals and four assists.

The general manager of the club, Alexey Volkov, noted that the club is happy about the return of the hockey player to Chelyabinsk. According to him, Vitaly Kravtsov has a desire to be not only the leader of the team, but also one of the key players in the League.

“Everyone knows the striker’s trump cards: puck control, the ability to play sharply and pass, high game thinking. I am sure that Vitaly himself has a fairly high motivation to prove his worth and be successful together with Traktor in the KHL,” Alexey Volkov.
