Some users encountered technical difficulties when trying to access the public services website, reported “RIA News”.

Earlier, information appeared on the network that after the announcement of a partial mobilization of the agenda, the mobilized will receive, among other things, through the State Services. At the same time, the Ministry of Digital refuted such plans.

“In connection with the publications that have appeared on social networks that electronic subpoenas within the framework of partial mobilization will be sent through the State Services, we inform you that there are no such plans,” they said. The department explained that the necessary legal framework for this is missing.

Earlier today, on September 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization in the country. At present, according to him, the Russian Armed Forces operate on the line of contact, which exceeds 1,000 km. The adopted decision on partial mobilization “is fully adequate to the threats that we face,” the President stressed. Mobilization activities will begin today, September 21.

Later, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu explained that those in the reserve were subject to conscription under partial mobilization, he estimated their number at 300,000 people. There is no talk of mobilizing students or conscripts, Shoigu specified.
