Deputies from the United Russia faction in the State Duma submitted a bill for consideration, which will make it possible to provide beneficiaries with ownerless land and real estate. Such a transfer of property, according to parliamentarians, is permissible to initiate in the event that "if the owner is not found."

“Municipal authorities will be required to carry out work to establish the right holders of abandoned property and inform them of the right to register real estate as property,” the statement says. It is specified that municipalities will be able to launch the procedure for registering property as “ownerless or escheated” in cases where the authorities cannot find the owner. The authorities will be able to transfer such property to beneficiaries.

As follows from the reports of Dom.RF JSC (available to Kommersant), in the segment of preferential programs for the acquisition of real estate prevails preferential mortgage for new buildings at 7%. In total, about 42,000 concessional loans were issued in August (totaling 221.9 billion rubles).
