Ultimate Education holding bought out 65% of Moscow Digital School

The educational holding Ultimate Education acquired 65% of the authorized capital of Moscow Digital School, the press service of the holding said. The founders of the company, Dmitry Zakharov and Alexander Zhuravlev, will each have 15%, and 5% were acquired by Alexander Panov, a partner in the law firm BGP Litigation, who will participate in business development as an operating director. At the end of the third quarter, the revenue of Moscow Digital School is 103.8 million rubles, compared to the same period last year, the growth rate was 421% (revenue in 2021 by the end of the third quarter was 24.6 million rubles).

The Ultimate Education educational holding was founded by the investment company Ultimate Capital in 2020.
