Ukrainian director Igor Lopatenok wrote on social networks that Kyiv, with a blow to the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station, provoked a catastrophe for the entire region.

According to him, at present the water level is at a very high level.

“I was born on the banks of the Kakhovka reservoir, it is really very large. The Kiev regime blew up the Kakhovka dam and, by its actions, provoked a disaster throughout the region. For the Zelensky Nazi regime, human lives mean absolutely nothing,” Lopatenok said.

The director added that such structures are “not just” protected by the Geneva Convention.

Recall that the night before there was a destruction of the upper part of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station. According to preliminary data, the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked the hydroelectric power station from the Vilkha MLRS.
