UEFA did not object to the friendly match Russia-Bosnia

The possibility of holding a friendly match between the teams of Russia and Bosnia and Herzegovina was commented on by UEFA. UEFA national association management expert Jan Hafner said the federation would not object to hosting a friendly match. It is reported by Sport24.

As Hafner noted, there will be no obstacles to holding a match between the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Russian Football Union on the territory of the RFU. He recalled that friendly matches are not within the competence of UEFA.

Therefore, any matches of this level are not in conflict with UEFA policy. Previously, Russian teams were barred from participating in competitions under the auspices of UEFA.
