In November 2022, hundreds of employees left Twitter after Musk’s ultimatum: he demanded that workers decide whether they want to stay and start “intensive” work or quit. According to him, “the best people stay”, so he does not worry about what is happening.
On October 27, Musk closed the acquisition of Twitter for $44 billion. Since then, the company has undergone a number of changes: Musk dissolved Twitter’s board of directors fired Twitter chief executive Parag Agrawal, chief financial officer Ned Segal and chief legal officer Vijaya Gadde.
