Tula athletes won medals at the Russian Athletics Championship among veterans

From 23 to 25 September Adler hosted the Russian Athletics Championship among veterans.
Tula athletes managed to achieve the following high results:
In the age category 65+:
– Victor Efimov won gold at a distance of 200 m, 400 m.
– Lyubov Petrenko won gold in shot put, javelin throw, weight throw, hammer throw.
– Anatoly Sergeev won silver at a distance of 1500 m and 5000 m.
– Tatyana Gutneva won bronze in the 400m.
In the 60+ age category, Olga Sidorova won gold in the javelin throw and bronze in the shot put.
In the 55+ age category, Gennady Turov won gold in the 800m and silver in the 400m.
In the 45+ age category, Ilona Valueva won silver in the 100m and 400m, as well as bronze in the long jump.
