Trump says Biden, Harris comments prompted new assassination attempt
Former US President Donald Trump told Fox News Digital that the rhetoric of current President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris was the reason for the new attack on him the day before.
The attacker believed them and acted, as Trump believes, in accordance with them.
"They use extremely harsh language," he complained.
On Sunday, a shooting occurred in Florida near a golf club where Trump was. The shooter was identified as 58-year-old Ryan Wesley Routh. He was armed, according to preliminary information, with an assault rifle.
