The capital's mayor announced this in his Telegram channel on Wednesday, October 2. On this day, Sergei Sobyanin and Russian President Vladimir Putin opened a new practical training site for Moscow colleges “Rudnevo”.
Every year, 150 new technology companies open in Moscow and dozens of investment projects are implemented. By 2030, the number of industrial production will increase to 5.5 thousand, and employees - to 850 thousand.
An effective support measure is the localization of enterprises in the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone. The Industrial Development Center includes six sites with an area of over 280 hectares, where more than 1.5 million square meters have been built. m. of industrial and business space.
“I will say about the industry that in general it is actively developing. Over the past five years, I reported, the manufacturing industry has doubled,” noted Sergei Sobyanin.
By the end of 2024, private and public investments in industry will amount to 310 billion rubles. According to government forecasts, by 2030 they will grow to 930 billion. The city authorities are also modernizing the system of secondary vocational education to increase the number of qualified industrialists.
