The volume of investments in the implementation of projects for the integrated development of territories (CDT) in Moscow will amount to about 716 billion rubles, reported in the press service of the mayor and the government of the city.

“The Moscow Government has approved and is in the process of implementing 26 projects for the integrated development of territories with a total area of ​​over 371 hectares, within which it is planned to build modern industrial enterprises and technology parks with a total area of ​​more than 1.8 million square meters. m. As a result, over 89,000 jobs will be created,” the office said.

The press service added that the Moscow government will also develop three sections of inefficiently used territories in the southwest and northeast of the capital. According to the Moscow authorities, their reorganization will make it possible to build “over 357,000 sq. m of residential and commercial real estate and create more than 2,700 jobs.

Now most of these territories are occupied by obsolete garages, warehouses, car washes, etc. “The total investment in projects for the integrated development of former industrial zones and inefficiently used territories will be over 33.5 billion rubles,” the press service said.

The goals of the CRT are called ensuring the sustainable development of the city, increasing the efficiency of the use of territories, creating a comfortable urban environment, creating places of service, places of application of labor, etc.
