The Supreme Court of Ukraine was unable to dismiss Bogdan Lvov, Chairman of the Economic Court of Cassation, who was found to have Russian citizenship.

The presence of a Russian passport in Lviv was previously confirmed by the SBU. After that, a meeting of judges of the Cassation Economic Court was held on the issue of early dismissal of Lvov.

“Voting results: 21 votes for dismissal; 18 against,” the Supreme Court’s telegram channel noted.

To dismiss a judge, it was required that such a decision be supported by 22 voters. As a result, Lvov will remain the chairman of the Cassation Economic Court within the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
