The State Duma will submit a draft law on the repayment by the state of contributions on loans mobilized

Before the end of the week, a draft law on the payment by the state of monthly payments on mortgages and car loans to mobilized Russians will be submitted to the Duma of the Russian Federation.

This was announced by the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing Vladimir Koshelev.

The deputy believes that such a measure of support for the mobilized will be valid throughout the entire period while they are in military service.

Earlier, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation recommended that banks, as well as microfinance organizations, provide credit holidays to citizens mobilized in connection with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation who have loans.

On September 21, in his address to the Russians, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he had signed a decree on partial mobilization. It concerns citizens who are in the reserve, served in the ranks of the RF Armed Forces and have military registration specialties and combat experience.

Before being sent to the units, the mobilized, as the president noted, will undergo additional military training, taking into account the experience of the special operation.

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that 300,000 Russians would be mobilized. According to him, partial mobilization is needed to control the liberated territories and the line of contact, which is more than a thousand kilometers long.
