The Regional Basketball Championship of the Ministry of Internal Affairs ended in Arkhangelsk

From September 28 to September 30, basketball competitions were held among employees of the internal affairs bodies. They were held as part of the Spartakiad of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in service-applied sports

The Regional Basketball Championship of the Ministry of Internal Affairs ended in Arkhangelsk. In total, 7 teams competed for the victory in the Championship. In the final, the combined teams of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Arkhangelsk and the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Severodvinsk met.

Thanks to a well-coordinated team game, the combined team of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Arkhangelsk was able to win a landslide victory. The second place went to the representatives of Severodvinsk. Bronze was won by the team of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Arkhangelsk region.

According to the results of the Championship, Ivan Demyanchuk, the district police department No. 2 of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Arkhangelsk, was recognized as the best player.
