Pope Francis has declared that in today’s world the West can no longer be a benchmark of values.
The West at the moment is not an exemplary example, it is far from being diligent… The West has gone down the wrong paths in terms of social justice… Today it is the biggest cemetery not of Europe, but of mankind,” the pontiff said, calling on the West to “return to the fundamental values.”
He also reminded Western countries of the “demographic winter”, while these same states, desperate for people, do not pursue a policy of migrant integration.
