The White House continues to develop the national project to increase labor productivity. The companies participating in it, after obtaining the basic competencies and the primary increase in their efficiency, can now begin to implement digital solutions in production with the participation of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. To do this, the government is launching a platform for digital solutions to improve labor productivity, which can be used to diagnose an enterprise, determine its level of digital maturity and receive personal recommendations on the implementation of domestic software. In 2022, it is planned to connect 750 enterprises to the platform.

As Kommersant found out, the White House intends to launch a digital solutions platform as part of a national project to increase labor productivity – resource efficiency.rf. With its help, companies will be able to independently start digitalization of the enterprise without the involvement of specialists and their own computing power. In particular, it will be possible to diagnose an enterprise based on data from government information systems and the results of a survey, as well as determine, with the help of an expert on the platform, the level of digital maturity of an enterprise relative to competitors.

The launch of the platform is the second stage of the national project to increase labor productivity. Within the framework of the first enterprise, participants of the national project can receive assistance in two areas. The Ministry of Economy provides systematic support (training, financial incentives, deregulation), federal and regional competence centers work directly with companies, helping them increase output through the introduction of lean manufacturing principles, improved management, logistics and product sales. “After receiving basic targeted support, optimizing processes, enterprises have a request for further development, for the introduction of digital solutions,” Pavel Khristenko, general director of ANO Digital Productivity Technologies, explained to Kommersant.

Work within the framework of the new stage continues already together with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and fits into the logic of the departmental strategy for the digital transformation of industry until 2030 (see Kommersant dated November 9, 2021). Within the framework of the new platform, services will be grouped into four blocks: strategy (diagnostics, benchmarking and digital development plan), initiation (software (software) implementation plan, selection of a standard solution), financing (selection of state support measures), implementation (project management, control implementation plan). Some of the services are not yet available, but will be phased in, Kommersant was told in the press service of ANO Tsifrovye Tekhnologii.

The services can be used by participants of the national project to increase productivity – companies from the sectors of trade, construction, agriculture, transport and manufacturing with a turnover of more than 400 million rubles. and the share of foreign participation is not more than 50%. Interest in the project, in particular, is associated with the departure of foreign software vendors, solutions in the field of protection and security, as well as resource management systems, are in greatest demand among companies.

“The main goal of efficiency.rf is to make domestic industrial and engineering software more accessible to Russian enterprises. This is not only about price, but also about reducing dependence on rare IT competencies of enterprise employees and reducing the time it takes to implement this software. For example, the software selection period is reduced from two months to two days thanks to the platform,” explains Pavel Khristenko. The government plans for 2022 to connect 750 enterprises to the platform.
