“The investigation of a criminal case is complex due to the international nature of the crime and the location of its organizers and accomplices outside the territory of the Russian Federation,” the documents note.
The investigation needs to carry out many investigative and procedural steps to establish the factual circumstances of the incident and identify other persons involved in the crime.
