The Personnel for the Digital Industry competition has been held since 2019, and its task is to search for and train qualified personnel for the country’s digital industry. As Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Oleg Bocharov said, such competitions primarily teach communication and building an ecosystem.

— In the future, this helps to create your own team of professionals, develop in the chosen direction and achieve high results. These qualities are also important in the development of cyberdrones, which have received much attention lately,” Oleg Bocharov noted. – Recently, a decision was made to create a unified federal center for unmanned aerial systems, where they will develop, produce and test unmanned aerial vehicles.

Such a center will appear on the basis of the Rudnevo industrial park, which is located in the Eastern District of the capital, not far from the Nekrasovka metro station. A design bureau for the development of drones, as well as their pilot and serial production, will be created here. In addition, a staff training center and a school of creativity will be opened here to attract talented youth.

By the way, two metropolitan teams participated in the finals of the “Personnel for the Digital Industry” contest. The winner was the Sila Ila team from Moscow. Another Moscow team, Conquerors of the Sky, took 13th place.
