Candidates from the “United Russia” in the municipal elections in Moscow received 1160 mandates. In total, the candidates from the party won 81.86% of the votes.
“According to general data, United Russia candidates have 81.86% of the vote, 70.7% for the DEG, and 80.59% for in-person voting,” they said. TASS at the Moscow City Electoral Committee.
Elections in Moscow were held in three days – from 9 to 11 September. Citizens chose from more than 5.7 thousand candidates who applied for 1,417 seats in the councils of 125 districts of the capital. The overall turnout was 33.9%.
