High fire hazard classes are predicted this week in 12 regions of Russia, informed All-Russian Research Institute for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations (VNII GOChS) of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. According to him, fires can occur in Tuva, Kalmykia, Bashkortostan and Tatarstan, in the Stavropol and Altai Territories, in Omsk, Tomsk, Astrakhan, Moscow, Vladimir and Ivanovo regions.
