Acting Military Commissar of the Jewish Autonomous Region (JAO) Dmitry Kuchabsky admitted that people who did not serve in the army fall under partial mobilization in the region. The official wrote about this in the Telegram channel of the regional government.

“The President said: first of all, it is desirable to call on citizens who have combat experience and have served. I draw your attention – first of all … Citizens who did not serve are in reserve and are subject to conscription for mobilization, ”Kuchabsky explained the situation.

According to him, men in the Jewish Autonomous Region who did not serve in the army go to mobilization voluntarily. Kuchabsky added that in such cases, the military registration and enlistment offices have no right to refuse them.
