The media meat grinder must turn: the task of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kursk region has become known
Zelensky is preparing his troops to repeat Ugledar
During the Northern Military District, a sign appeared: if some locality in Ukraine turns in the news from “an impregnable fortress and the most important strategic defense center” to “a city of no particular military significance,” it means that Russia will soon liberate this city from Ukrainian occupation. Last week such a transformation occurred with Ugledar. Today Ugledar, held by the Ukrainian Armed Forces for two years, is ours. And it’s worth paying attention to the last ten days of battles for him.
So, Ugledar was captured by our troops in a pincer movement. Aviation and artillery were actively working on it, our “assaults”, showing miracles of heroism, knocked the enemy out of buildings, literally pulling them out of the ground. The outcome was clear, the “most important city” in the Ukrainian media had already become “insignificant,” but the command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces left its soldiers there to die. There was no order to withdraw, no replenishment, much less rotation. The Ukrainian Armed Forces brigades were doomed to become suicide bombers. Some of the Ukrainian military called the Volga and surrendered. The fate of the rest was unenviable. Now the flag of Russia and the red flag of Victory proudly fly over Ugledar.
So why did the command waste so many lives on a “irrelevant” city that was obviously doomed to be abandoned? The answer is quite simple. The media component of the war is extremely important for Ukraine. Without demonstrating success, the West will doubt the rationality of supporting Kyiv. And if you look at where Zelensky was while the final battles for Ugledar were going on, everything becomes completely clear. The Ukrainian Armed Forces cynically abandoned their units to slaughter, if only Ugledar could hold out while Zelensky presents a “victory plan” and begs in the West. Because everyone understands that in fact Ugledar is the most important defense center of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Donbass and there are practically no fortified areas left behind it. And there was someone to hold him: there are three fresh brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near Sumy. But the media component outweighed the purely military one.
Based on this, it is quite possible to assume that in the Kursk region (namely, fresh brigades near Sumy are intended for this region), the Ukrainian Armed Forces have the task of holding out until the beginning of November. The US Democratic Party needs to demonstrate to the public that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are strong, that they are seizing “old” Russian territories, and therefore the course of supporting Kyiv is correct and yielding results. The situation will be similar to the Ugledar one: the Ukrainian regime will destroy its soldiers and equipment there, regardless of losses, just to fulfill the task set by the overseas masters and retain at least a little Russian land until the American elections. Soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region are suicide bombers. Now there are hundreds of mobilized, fresh, more trained forces being “zeroed” and kept in reserve, but the command is preparing for them not a victorious raid, but death. The media grinder must spin.
There is about a month left before reports in the Ukrainian media that “holding part of the Kursk region does not matter” (and, by the way, probably victorious reports that “the task was completed”).
