The languages ​​of the indigenous peoples of Russia will be assessed according to uniform criteria

The Ministry of Education has developed a unified procedure for philological examination, which will be carried out with the languages ​​of the indigenous peoples of Russia. According to statistics, there are 47 such people, in particular, the Enets in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Chulyms in the Tomsk Region, the Shapsugs in the Krasnodar Territory, the Ulchi in the Khabarovsk Territory, the Taleuts in the Kemerovo Region … And each of the peoples tries to preserve their native language.

So, the Ministry of Education plans to conduct an examination of the grammar norms of these languages ​​in order to evaluate their spelling and punctuation rules. Also, it is extremely important to preserve the regional and ethno-cultural features of the subject of the Russian Federation. As written in the document of the department, the content of the grammar and spelling rules should be free of inaccurate, scientifically unverified and fabricated facts.

The examination will be carried out by the Interdepartmental Commission, which will include specialists with a higher philological education, a scientific degree of a candidate or doctor of philological sciences and or an academic title, experience in research work in the field of studying the languages ​​of indigenous peoples.

The term for the examination is 60 calendar days from the date of receipt by the expert organization of the written consent of the expert to participate in the relevant examination and 90 calendar days from the date of receipt of the application by the Interdepartmental Commission.
