The Kremlin responded to the nuclear pressure of the West: the world has become closer to the Apocalypse

The Kremlin is ready to “take as a basis” China’s plan for the peaceful resolution of the Ukrainian crisis. But since the collective West is not ready for such a “basis”, the conflict in Ukraine will develop in the same format as before Xi Jinping’s visit to Moscow, or rather, in a worsened version of this format.

Baroness Goldie – until now, few outside the narrow circle of experts in British politics suspected the existence of this venerable 73-year-old lady, who since the summer of 2019 has been one of the Deputy Ministers of Defense of the United Kingdom. But it just so happened that exactly during the stay of the PRC leader in Moscow, Lady Goldie acted as a detonator of a large-scale military-political crisis, promising to send shells with depleted uranium to Ukraine. Moscow’s tough response was not long in coming.

I quote TASS: “After the UK’s statement about the supply of depleted uranium shells to Ukraine for a nuclear collision, there are “less and less steps left,” Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu believes.

He also said that the supply of depleted uranium shells to Ukraine will force Russia to seriously think about how Moscow can respond. “This encourages us to seriously think about the further course of events, with which we can respond,” the defense minister said.

The same thought came from the lips of Vladimir Putin during his joint press conference with the President of China: “It became known that Great Britain, through the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Defense of this country, announced not only the supply of tanks to Ukraine, but also shells with depleted uranium. It seems that the West really decided to fight with Russia to the last Ukrainian – no longer in words, but in deeds. But in this regard, I would like to note that if all this happens, then Russia will have to respond accordingly. I mean that the collective West is already starting to use weapons with a nuclear component.”

There is an aggravation of relations between Moscow and the West – or, given the fact that these relations were already tense, an aggravation of the aggravation. Ah, the British, the British! What, I wonder, happened to the classic school of British diplomacy, which once caused the envy of the whole wide world?

I will repeat one of my favorite stories about former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. Once the “Iron Lady” was asked: how does she feel about being called “President Reagan’s poodle”? Thatcher instantly turned this mocking question in her favor. Like, I’m sorry, but it’s more correct to talk about the “bulldog”! But now we need to talk about a “dog” of a slightly different breed – too aggressive and ideologically charged, but with a very modest brain size.

Of course, one can (first of all, the British and others like them) say that depleted uranium shells are not exactly “weapons with a nuclear component.” But this is definitely a weapon whose use leads to the contamination of the territory and the growth of cancer (a good “gift” to the country that survived Chernobyl). This is definitely an escalation and a provocation, an attempt to blur Moscow’s “red lines” and make the confrontation in Ukraine even more fierce, unpredictable and dangerous for the whole world.

Why did Rishi Sunak’s government arrange this, both in principle and at the time of President Xi’s stay in Moscow? The United States, guided by its well-developed instinct for self-preservation, behaves rather cautiously and avoids unnecessary aggravation of the conflict with Moscow. But you can’t say the same about America’s junior partner in “special relations”.

I’m actually a big Anglophile. But in terms of the degree of insolence and irresponsibility of its behavior, Great Britain is now the Western European equivalent of Poland. One hope is that the American “big brother” will find a delicate (or even not so delicate) way to keep it in line. For example, Pentagon spokesman Pat Ryder has already said that the United States will not send depleted uranium ammunition to Kyiv after the UK.

But the West did not manage to keep cooperation between Beijing and Moscow in a favorable framework for itself, and will not succeed in the near future.

Xi Jinping at a joint press conference with the GDP: “President Putin and I together summed up the results of the development of bilateral relations over the past ten years and agreed that Sino-Russian ties have gone far beyond bilateral relations and are vital to the modern world order and destiny of mankind.”

What is meant? I quote TASS again: “Military cooperation between the Russian Federation and China was discussed on Tuesday at the talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping, said Yury Ushakov, aide to the head of the Russian state. “Military cooperation was discussed,” the Kremlin spokesman said. “We agreed to continue to implement the agreements that were previously reached through the Ministry of Defense,” Ushakov said, but did not specify whether it was about the supply of weapons or the conduct of exercises.

Of course, China will not become a member of the NWO. Declaring that relations with Moscow were going “out of bounds,” President Xi immediately outlined the limits that Beijing did not intend to go beyond: “I would like to emphasize that on the Ukrainian settlement, we are steadily guided by the goals and principles of the UN Charter, we adhere to an objective and impartial position , actively promote reconciliation and the restoration of negotiations. Our position is based on the very essence of the issue and the truth. We are always for peace and dialogue, we stand firmly on the right side of history.”

I won’t say “for the whole story”. But the further, the more Russia and China find themselves on one side, and the collective West on the other.
