There is evidence that Andrey Tyulin will be replaced by a defense worker

Roskosmos seems to have decided to change the head of the Russian Space Systems joint-stock company. According to the information available to MK, defenseman Sergei Boev is tipped to replace the general director of the enterprise Andrei Tyulin.

RKS specializes in the development, manufacture and operation of space information systems. Andrey Tyulin has been heading it since 2014, having come here from the Radioelectronic Technologies concern. In 2019, when his contract came to an end, there were rumors about his resignation, related to the corresponding desire of the shareholders. However, Andrei Evgenievich still sat in the CEO’s chair: the contract with Roscosmos was re-signed.

And now the information is again in the air that Tyulin is again “sitting on his suitcases”, intending to change his place of deployment. According to one version, they plan to send Sergey Boev from Rostec, who has been the head of the Vympel interstate joint-stock corporation for the past four years, to the main post in the RCC.

His track record says that he “made a significant contribution to the development, creation, implementation and use of radar stations”, is a laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation.

Roskosmos refrained from an official comment on a possible reshuffle.
