According to RIA Novosti, Kharkov Mayor Igor Terekhov stated this on Ukrainian television. The mayor did not provide details of the evacuation plan, adding that so far the situation in the city is calm.
Earlier, a video of a stream of cars allegedly leaving en masse outside Kharkov against the backdrop of severe damage to the energy structure and increasing impacts on the city spread on social networks.
