The governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, said that the “loud noises” that were heard in the city were related to the preventive work of the military in the bay. He wrote about this in his Telegram-channel.
“Loud sounds in the city center are our military in the bay carrying out preventive work in the interests of APDO (anti-submarine and sabotage support.— “b”). Everything is calm in the city,” the message says. In comments to Mr. Razvozhaev’s post, local residents specified that “loud noises” were heard around 5:00.
March 22 Mikhail Razvozhaev informed about an attempt by three Ukrainian drones to strike at bays in Sevastopol. According to him, people and military facilities were not injured as a result of the attack.
