In general, by 2030, Russian shipyards will build and hand over to transport companies more than 300 vessels for various purposes. The Vyborg Shipbuilding Plant will receive a targeted subsidy in the amount of 3 billion rubles. A new icebreaker for the North-Western Basin is currently being built on it, Mishustin explained.

As part of business support, the Industrial Development Fund will be recapitalized by more than 8 billion rubles. Separately, 4 billion rubles will be allocated. on the programs of small- and medium-tonnage chemistry, which is used in almost all industries, the prime minister added. In addition, 2 billion rubles. will be directed to the development of equipment for the production of LNG.

The government will also provide targeted support to the Kaliningrad region, which is faced with restrictions on the transit of goods from other regions of the country: the region will receive 5.5 billion rubles. to support investment projects and create new jobs.

Earlier, Mishustin said that he considers the results of the execution of the federal budget of the Russian Federation in the first half of 2022 to be worthy, despite external pressure on the country's economy. The volume of Russia's external public debt decreased by a third, and budget revenues increased by a quarter compared to the same period last year and amounted to more than 14 trillion rubles, the prime minister said.
