The government told how to file a complaint about mobilization

Two new services related to partial mobilization appeared on the Gosuslugi portal: one for volunteers who want to take part in the military operation in Ukraine, the second for those who were mobilized by mistake. According to Dmitry Chernyshenko, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, more than 2,000 people applied for voluntary participation in the SVO over the past weekend, and 70,000 people since the announcement of mobilization.

To become a volunteer, you need to fill out a form on the "State Services", select the nearest military registration and enlistment office on the map and send an application. Mr. Chernyshenko explained that within a maximum of two days, a notification will come with the date, time of visiting the military registration and enlistment office and a list of required documents.

In the section "Appeal the decision on mobilization" you need to indicate in whose name the application is being submitted. It can be submitted by the mobilized person himself or his relative. It is necessary to upload a photo or scan of the summons and fill in the data on the military ID, as well as submit documents confirming the grounds for the postponement. The complaint will be automatically transferred to the regional commission. According to the Deputy Prime Minister, "the decision on each applicant will be monitored and controlled, the information will be reported to the country's leadership."

Partial mobilization was announced in Russia by President Vladimir Putin on 21 September. Reports began to appear in the media about a call to mobilize those who, according to explanations Ministry of Defense, does not fall under it. These are, for example, fathers with four or more children, students and Russians who are not fit for service for health reasons.
