The government allowed the regions to purchase drones and equipment for the military

In connection with the partial mobilization, the Russian government allowed the regions to purchase dual-use goods. The document was published on the official Internet portal legal information.

Goods can be purchased by regional, local authorities, budgetary institutions and unitary enterprises. Among the purchases are drones, means of detecting them, radio communications, electronics, night vision devices, thermal imaging binoculars and sights, detection devices for laser and optical guidance systems, vehicles, uniforms, camping equipment, medicines, personal hygiene products, food, building materials. And also foreign manufactured goods.

Demand for military clothing and equipment increased by 40% after the announcement of partial mobilization. In a number of regions, this has led to higher prices for such goods. The Federal Antimonopoly Service has warned stores against raising prices.
