Alexander Orlov sold shares in the amount of 33.3% in three companies – Tanuki, Tanuki-Krasnodar and Tanuki-N.-Novgorod. According to SPARK-Interfax, the deal was closed in mid-August. The buyer is businessman Andrei Askerko. The mentioned companies own six Tanuki restaurants in Moscow, Moscow region, Krasnodar and Nizhny Novgorod. Their total revenue for the past year amounted to 295 million rubles. At the same time, only the Novgorod company showed a significant net profit of 13.6 million rubles. The cost of each Tanuki point is estimated by the Ombudsman for the restaurant business of Moscow and the Moscow Region and the founder of the Meat & Fish restaurants, Sergey Mironov, at about 40 million rubles. It follows from this that the buyer of Orlov’s share could pay up to 80 million rubles for them.

Orlov is one of the most famous restaurateurs in Russia.
