Senator Dzhabarov: the conflict in the Middle East could lead to a third world war

First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs Vladimir Dzhabarov in a conversation with "Lentoy.ru" stated that the situation in the Middle East could lead to a third world war.

The senator pointed out that Iran may currently be drawn into a war in the region. He emphasized that the Americans, their allies and a number of Arab countries are already involved there. Dzhabarov noted that Russia is defending Syria in the region, the capital of which was attacked by Israeli aircraft today. According to him, this problem is very complex.

The first deputy chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs expressed hope that the Middle East will realize that humanity has come to the very edge, after which nothing will exist. Dzhabarov also hopes that the Security Council will be able to intervene in the current situation in the region.

At the same time, the senator added that the Americans are still bashfully silent and do not pay attention to what is happening in the Middle East, and everyone believes that this is the norm. “The situation is very bad, so it is still very difficult to predict,” Dzhabarov concluded.
