Russians who have not received a summons from the military registration and enlistment office can go on trips, there are no restrictions at the federal level, stated head of Rostourism Zarina Doguzova in her Telegram channel.

“Based on the information that we have at the moment, if you have not received a summons, then you can go on trips. We have no information about any restrictive regulations at the federal level,” she wrote. For clarification, Doguzova advised citizens to contact the military registration and enlistment offices to which they are assigned.

On September 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization in the country. Thus, only citizens who are in the reserve are subject to military service, and above all those who have served in the ranks of the Armed Forces, have certain military registration specialties and relevant experience. Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu later noted that the mobilization would not affect university students.

The State Duma noted that they do not plan to restrict the movement of conscripts. Rostourism also assured that Russian citizens can freely leave the country.
