The European Union seeks to include Ukraine in its roaming zone, said the head of the European Council, Charles Michel. He announced this at the final press conference in Kyiv, which was broadcast on the website of the European Commission.
Michel said: “We are working to include Ukraine in the European roaming area.” At the same time, he stressed that it is necessary to do this “as soon as possible.”
Within the European Union, as you know, customers of mobile operators in EU countries do not pay for roaming.
As for Ukraine’s accession to the European Union, here European politicians turned out to be much more circumspect. They compared this process to a marathon, not a sprint.
