The court began the bankruptcy of Pandora in Russia – Kommersant
The Moscow Arbitration Court, at the request of Sberbank, began bankruptcy proceedings for Panklub JSC, the distributor of Pandora jewelry in Russia and the CIS countries. This follows from the judicial card indexes.
Today, October 2, a monitoring procedure was introduced against the JSC by court decision. Bank application for bankruptcy of the debtor received to court on July 15. The amount of the debtor's obligations to the applicant is not given.
Since 2015, Sberbank has been considered the owner of Panklub; before that, the company was part of the Svyaznoy group of companies. In 2022, Pandora announced the suspension of business relations with Russia. In May 2024, Sberbank filed two lawsuits against Panclub Enterprises Limited and Svyaznoy Group of Companies for the recovery of about 9 billion rubles.
