It is planned to return the Novorossiysk club to the Premier League of the country. For the development of the club, a businessman, an honorary resident of Novorossiysk, the president of the Russian Handball Federation Sergey Shishkarev will invest in it. In addition, it is planned to build a new stadium in the city, improve the material and technical condition of the club’s base in order to return to the Premier League of the Russian championship.
