The interim results of the All-Russian competition “The Best School Canteen” have been summed up, which is held in three categories: “The Best Canteen of a City School – 2022”, “The Best Canteen of a Rural School – 2022”, “The Best Canteen of a City with a Million Population – 2022”.
The teams faced a difficult task – to present the thematic table “School meals of the future”. The dishes put up for the school menu competition were supposed to be healthy, tasty and attractive to students. Also, the participants of the competition answered the questions of the parents of the students, participated in the quest “Safe food unit”, when in a very limited time they were tedious to find all the deviations from the SanPin standards.
One of the best school canteens in the Best Canteen of a City with a Million Population 2022 nomination was Moscow School No. 1554. Now she has to prove her superiority in the super final, the results of which will be announced this weekend. The finalists in this category included school canteens in the Nizhny Novgorod region, the Republic of Tatarstan, the Samara and Sverdlovsk regions, Kazan, the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Chelyabinsk region.
Also, within the framework of the competition, an individual competition was held for the best chefs and nutritionists who work in school canteens. The Moscow chef Sergey Gazizov became the winner.
