The Bundestag raised the issue of Ukraine's participation in the attack on Nord Stream
German MP questions government about Kyiv's involvement in Nord Stream attacks
Jessica Tatti, a member of the German Bundestag from the BSW party (Sahra Wagenknecht Union), has asked the RFG cabinet whether the country's leadership knew about the preparation of terrorist attacks on the Nord Streams and the involvement of the Kyiv regime in them. This was reported by RIA Novosti.
Tatti recalled that according to one of the latest versions, divers from Ukraine, associated with the former commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Zaluzhny, were involved in the terrorist attack. The deputy also noted that, according to media reports, Zelensky was also aware of the planned sabotage.
The request asks the government how support will be provided to the Kyiv regime if it turns out that the German cabinet knew about its participation in the terrorist attacks.
In August, the German Attorney General's Office issued an arrest warrant for a Ukrainian on suspicion of blowing up the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines in 2022. German publications Die Zeit, Süddeutsche Zeitung and ARD conducted an investigation and concluded that three Ukrainian citizens working as diving instructors were involved in the explosions on the gas pipelines.
Earlier, the official representative of the German government, Wolfgang Büchner, assured that regardless of the results of the investigation into the sabotage on the Nord Stream gas pipelines, Germany will not stop providing military support to Ukraine.
